A 3-course Winter Feast awaits at COPA Restaurant

Winter dining is all about slowing down, settling in, and enjoying food that feels as comforting as it is memorable.

At COPA Restaurant at Pepperclub Hotel, the new Savour the Season Winter Menu does exactly that, offering guests a thoughtfully crafted three-course experience designed around the rich flavours of the colder months.

Created by Chef Nigel and his team, the seasonal menu celebrates warming ingredients, bold flavours, and a touch of indulgence.

  • Guests can begin with a choice of starters such as the Fromage Risotto Cake, served with shaved fennel and citrus salad, aged balsamic tomatoes, and chilli basil pesto aioli, or the Smoked Butterfish Fritter with crisp potato straw, spiced apricot purée, and avocado cream cheese mousse.
  • For the main course, diners can choose between the hearty Mediterranean Smoked Beef Bowl, layered with hot honey and ginger smoked beef, charred broccoli, herb rice, pineapple and avocado salsa, and pickled red cabbage, or the comforting Creamy Butternut Squash Orzo, finished with roasted vine tomatoes, feta, sage brown butter, and parmesan crisp.
  • Dessert brings a suitably indulgent finale. The Macadamia Nut Malva Pudding with citrus anglaise and honeycomb ice cream offers a seasonal twist on a South African favourite, while the Olive Oil Cake combines honey, saffron and tonka bean crème fraîche with carrot and poached apricot jam for something a little unexpected.
