  • Then comes the main event. A family-style feast served to the table, encouraging guests to pass plates, compare favourites, and go back for seconds without hesitation. Think rich lamb knuckle pie wrapped in soda batter, crisp roast pork belly, and vibrant sides that balance the plate. Hasselback beetroot with amazi and fynbos salsa verde adds a local touch, while pampoenkoekkies with caramel bring a nostalgic sweetness. Seasonal greens with lemon and chive butter round things out with ease.
