At The Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa, dinner is being elevated into something far more considered.
The upcoming Wine & Dine evening in the Conservatory brings together fine dining and winemaking insight for a one-night-only experience.
Taking place on 24 April 2026 at 18h30, the evening is hosted by winemaker Sheree Nothnagel of Riebeek Valley Wine Co.
- Guests are guided through a seven-course tasting menu, with each dish paired across five estate wines that reflect the character of the region. Each course builds on the last, allowing flavours and pairings to unfold gradually. Along the way, Sheree Nothnagel shares insight into the wines, offering context on the vintages, the valley, and the thinking behind each pairing.
Set in the Conservatory, the atmosphere leans into understated elegance. It’s intimate without feeling formal, making it as suited to a special occasion as it is to a well-planned evening out. With limited seating, the experience is intentionally exclusive. Once fully booked, that’s it. Because at The Twelve Apostles, dinner isn’t just served, it’s curated.
