At Bay Harbour Market, weekends are rarely quiet, but this Saturday adds a creative twist to the usual buzz.
Paint & Pretzels brings a relaxed, no-pressure painting session to the market floor on 18 April from 11:00 to 13:30.
For R450 per person, guests get everything they need: materials, guidance, and yes, pretzels to keep things properly balanced.
- A step-by-step facilitator leads the session, making it accessible even for those who haven’t picked up a brush in years or ever. The focus isn’t perfection, it’s enjoying the process, having a laugh, and walking away with something you made yourself.
Set inside the market, the experience naturally spills into the rest of the day. Once the painting wraps up, there’s time to wander, grab something to eat, or settle in with a drink. The timing works well too, with live music from Dan Fernandes kicking off from 14:00 to 16:00, giving the afternoon an easy rhythm.
