Eat, Browse, Stay for the Music: The April Gig Guide at Bay Harbour Market

At Bay Harbour Market, April weekends come with a built-in soundtrack.

The latest gig guide brings a steady rotation of local talent to the Market Stage, with live performances every Friday evening from 7pm to 9pm, and Saturday and Sunday afternoons from 2pm to 4pm.

It’s an easy rhythm to follow: arrive for the food, stay for the music, and linger a little longer than planned.

  • The lineup spans the month, featuring acts like Ashton Gardner and The A5 Band early on, followed by names such as Peter Wyness, Werner Bekker, and Third Time Lucky. Later weekends bring a mix of energy and variety with performers including Mixed Flava, Dan Fernandes, Lukin Joshua, and the Graham Burton Trio, closing out with Sons of Salassie and Takura Terry.

But the draw isn’t just the stage.

The market itself does the rest of the work. Between sets, visitors can move through a mix of street food stalls, craft vendors, and small-batch producers. Expect everything from fresh seafood and wood-fired bites to desserts, cocktails, and locally made goods that are easy to browse and hard to leave behind.

Open from 9:30am across the weekend (and until 9pm on Fridays), it’s a space that doesn’t rush you. You can come early, stay late, and let the day unfold somewhere between a plate of something good and a live set you didn’t plan on catching. Because at Bay Harbour Market, the music is only part of the reason to stay.
