After plenty of requests, the kitchen has introduced a new midweek staple: Duchess Prego Wednesdays. And they’ve kept it simple in all the right ways.
A properly juicy fillet prego, made with Karan beef from Namibia, finished with the house’s signature peri peri, and served exactly as it should be — no fuss, just full flavour.
- At R150, it’s the kind of special that impresses. The roll is soft, the fillet is generous, and the sauce does what it’s meant to do: make a bit of a mess and keep you coming back for another bite.
