The evening begins with a welcome cocktail and canapés, before guests roll up their sleeves and get cooking. On the menu is Shawn’s famous million-dollar mac & cheese, paired with a cowboy butter plankie steak — indulgent, comforting, and perfect for sharing. To finish, Shawn serves his legendary malva pudding, the very dessert that helped him win the MasterChef finals, ending the night on a nostalgic high note.
