Wine, Art & a Dash of Sass: Durbanville Hills turns Bottles into Canvases

If you’ve ever looked at a wine bottle and thought, “You know what this needs? My artistic genius,” then Paint the Pour is calling your name.

Happening on 21–22 June 2025, this creative escape at Durbanville Hills pairs two of life’s great joys: art and wine.

And no, you don’t need to be the next Picasso — you just need to love a good time.

Hosted in collaboration with I.Art Innovations and guided by the ever-inspiring Lisa Nell, this unique workshop turns an ordinary bottle into your personal canvas. Whether you freestyle your florals or follow Lisa’s lead with a brush in one hand and bubbly in the other, you’ll walk away with a one-of-a-kind keepsake — and probably some paint on your fingers.

🍾 Here’s what R550 gets you:

  • A guided bottle painting session

  • Your painted wine bottle to take home (proud display optional, but encouraged)

  • A glass of Durbanville Hills’ finest fizz

  • A selection of gourmet canapés to keep those creative juices (and real ones) flowing

🎨 Choose your time:

  • Morning: 10:30 – 12:30

  • Afternoon: 14:00 – 16:00

Set in the estate’s tranquil olive grove, it’s the perfect way to mix a little creativity into your weekend — whether you’re flying solo, rolling in with your artsy crew, or planning a date that beats dinner-and-a-movie any day.

Spots are limited and booking is essential. So grab your friends, your sense of fun, and maybe a smock — it’s time to Paint the Pour.
