For the starters, guests can choose between the rich and aromatic smokey miso and orange broth with grilled prawn tails and spring onion, or the fragrant chicken curry served with naan and raita.
- As the journey progresses, revel in the succulence of the main courses, whether it’s the tender rib eye steak with caramelized onion, garlic, and parmesan potato, or the pan-fried Linefish paired with truffled cauliflower puree, tomato velouté, and crumbed mussels.
