3 Course Whisky pairing Dinner at HQ

On 18 October at 7pm, HQ Restaurant will be hosting their 2nd 3-course Whisky pairing dinner to celebrate all things magical about this ‘Liquid Gold’. For this Reserve Edition, HQ has partnered with a selection of fantastic whiskies including The Singleton, Talisker and Cardhu to bring guests a night of elegant simplicity and dining excellence, all while being treated at live entertainment from Swing Sensation, Ricky Botsis.

The evening is priced at R295 per person and includes of a welcome drink, aperitif and the 3-course meal with paired whiskies. This is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy excellent food, as well as experience an array of delicious whiskies!

A crisp salad of Cos and Iceberg leaves, toasted pine nuts,
parmesan shavings and dressed with a Dijon mustard vinaigrette

250g Sirloin wet aged for 32 days and grilled perfectly medium-rare, served with skinny fries & Café de Paris Butter
Talisker 10 year old
