On Mother’s Day, 12 May, the Bakery will be cooking up a feast. Begin your morning with a glass of our newly released Jordan Méthode Cap Classique, to enjoy with your first course of an apple & pecan flammkuchen, topped with lemon and orange zest. The second course is an English muffin with mushroom duxelle, crispy bacon, poached egg & popcorn hollandaise.
Guests joining for lunch will start by tucking into a platter of our famous wood fired bread, served with a capsicum crème fraiche and followed by honey & ginger glazed Norwegian salmon with pan fried baby spinach, new potatoes, feta & peppadew. What is lunch without dessert… enjoy a trio of petit fours and a glass of the Jordan Mellifera!
