The Palm Court at The Oyster Box

Inspired by the hotel’s original, colonial architecture The Palm Court, with its lush green palms, natural sunlight and elegant chandeliers is a favourite spot for a delcious Buffet Breakfast, including fresh Oysters and Sparkling Wine, traditional High Tea or a quiet place to have a meeting.

HIGH TEA

High Tea is a laid-back, leisurely affair, with a live piano music from our resident pianist and a tea table laden with a minimum of 20 sumptuous treats; from the cake of the day, freshly baked scones, pastries, quiches and cakes, to finger sandwiches and hot and cold savouries.  The menu changes regularly to suit seasonal availability and specialities.  All pastries and baked goods are prepared on the property by our prize-winning executive sous pastry chef, Joanita Venter and her team.

Dress is casual and relaxed.  The Palm Court is open daily from 07h00-10h30 for breakfast and 14h30-17h00 for High Tea.

High Tea is R290 per person.
