- The board includes a charcuterie selection of Prosciutto Crudo, Italian Salami and Gypsy Ham, alongside a cheese board with Creamy Brie, Fairview Blue Rock, Fresh Mozzarella and a selection of crackers. Accompaniments include whipped ricotta with wild honey dip, marinated olives, artichoke hearts, artisanal crackers and seasonal sliced fruit with table grapes.
