Blowfish is setting the table for another evening worth savouring with the June edition of its Pairing Series, a 5-course wine and dine experience hosted every first Tuesday.
On Tuesday, 02 June, Blowfish welcomes Groot Phesantekraal wines for an intimate pairing dinner designed around five carefully matched courses.
The kitchen has taken five familiar classics and rebuilt them with fresh thinking, precision ingredients, and considered technique. Guests can expect dishes that feel recognisable at first glance, but arrive with a few clever surprises on the plate.
- The evening keeps the focus exactly where it should be: good food, good wine, and enough time to enjoy both properly. The cellar master and chef will guide guests through the pairing journey, sharing how each dish responds to the wine in the glass without turning the dinner into a lecture.
