Nitida Wine Estate is setting the scene for a crisp and cheerful Friday evening with the Durbanville Sauvignon Soirée at Cassia on Friday, 8 May 2026.
From 17:00 to 20:00, guests can join the winemakers of the Durbanville Wine Valley for a celebration of cool-climate Sauvignon Blanc in honour of International Sauvignon Blanc Day.
The evening brings together 12 Durbanville wine farms, giving guests the chance to taste a wide range of fresh, expressive Sauvignon Blancs in one relaxed setting.
- One of the highlights is the first taste of the much-anticipated Durbanville Sauvignon Blanc 2026, a special collaboration created by the valley’s winemakers. Guests can also enjoy a curated selection of aged Sauvignon Blancs, showing just how beautifully this varietal can develop over time.
Tickets are R260 per person and include unlimited tastings, three canapés by Cassia Restaurant, and live music by Jan-Hendrik Fourie. Limited tickets are available, so booking ahead is recommended.
