Only having been open since mid November last year (2017), they have already ticked boxes like attracting and catering for International stars such as Bryan Adams and collaborating with famous meat alternative company, Fry’s Family, for their latest seed event – Inspiring change.

Known for their range of sugar, dairy, gluten and cruelty free desserts and meals that come out looking like art, adorned in upbeat edible flowers and nutrient rich micro-greens, their meals are not only Instagram worthy but leave you feeling strong like the lion too.

The café coined its name from the creators vision and motto for the dream that has now become a reality. Valeo meaning “of strength, influence and prevailing above all odds”, offers true meaning to the word superfood providing strength and endurance through abundant, plant-based foods.
