Durban’s Bunny Chow has put KwaZulu-Natal on the culinary map and is a favourite with locals and visitors alike. This unique street food is simple and tasty and is essentially any type of curry, served in a half or quarter of a hollowed-out loaf of white bread – the bread forming the ‘bowl’.
During June, Executive Chef at The Oyster Box, Kevin Joseph, has created three ‘Bunny’s’ to tantalize your taste buds. Each is available for R135 (excluding bubbly). Booking is essential and the special will end at the end of June.
