There is also Italian Meatballs, served with beef meatballs and chilli-infused Napolitana sauce, or Baked Prawn Padella, featuring six prawns with a creamy signature sauce, Parmesan and a golden gratinated finish.

The main course selection keeps the Italian theme going while bringing in plenty of variety. Pollo Involtini features chicken breast stuffed with prawn and spinach in a creamy signature sauce. For pasta lovers, Ravioli Verde is filled with spinach and ricotta and served with creamy basil pesto, fresh rocket and char-grilled sweetcorn. Meatier options include a 300g Rump Chimichurri, grilled to the guest’s preference with herbed butter and crispy parsnips, and Lamb Neck, slow-braised in Italian tomato sauce and served with creamy mushroom risotto.

Dessert offers three ways to finish. Crème Brûlée brings classic baked custard and a caramelised sugar crust, while Chocolate Lava Cake delivers a warm chocolate cake with a molten chocolate centre.
