De Kloof restaurant is the place to be this Father’s Day. This restaurant, situated on the Waterkloof Golf Estate in Pretoria, boasts beautiful views and offers delicious European lunch and dinner options with a local influence.

This Father’s Day, they will be offering a cosy lunch special of 4 courses, for only R325 per person (R120 for children under 12 years)! Starting off with tasty bread and canapes, followed by the “Chow the Mussel Chowder” starter, the “Cow cow” main, which includes beef cooked using a variety of tasty techniques, and a delicious dessert titled: “Vitamin C Injection,” comprising of a range of yummy sweet treats.

Franschhoek Cellar join the Cullinan Wine Event

Introducing the first Cullinan Wine event taking place on Saturday, 1 July 2017.

The Wine tasting will start at 10:00 and end at 16:00 with a variety of wines from 15+ wineries exhibiting at 7 different venues in Cullinan. Wine produced in Pretoria, Cullinan and the Western Cape will including Franschhoek Cellar Wines will be tasted. Walk around the village, explore curios, crafts and handmade items while tasting wine.

1. Tasting Ticket (10:00 – 16:00 @R100 R150 per person)
Receive a wine glass, wristband and taste wines from 15+ Wineries

2. Purple Bus Tour (09:00 – 16:00 @ R350 per person
Ticket includes return ticket from Pretoria to Cullinan, a wineglass and wristband and wine tasting on the bus, access to the VIP Area at the Event as well as tasting of all wines during the event. Snacks will be served on the busride to Cullinan.

3. Safari Wine Dinner (18:00 – Late @R420 per person)

Free Craft Beer Tasting with Capital Craft

Join Capital Craft and Cape Brewing Co. on the 20th of June for an awesome night of beer-talk and tasting.

CBC became a reality when the Swedish brewer, Henrik Dunge joined the team of two beer enthusiasts, Charles Back and Andy Kung and helped to put their words into action to establish a brewery that makes beer as it should be made — in true craft style. It was agreed that only the finest ingredients would be good enough for their beer. This was to be their passion and pride.
