Turbine Hotel invites Knysna locals to a leisurely Ladies who Lunch afternoon at Island Café

Knysna locals looking for an excuse to gather friends, enjoy a relaxed afternoon, and indulge in a little midweek spoil can look forward to the next Ladies who Lunch event at Island Café at Turbine Hotel on Monday, 29 June 2026.

Taking place from 12:30 to 15:30, the experience offers a welcoming combination of good food, bubbles, and great company for R250 per person, including a glass of bubbles on arrival.

Guests can select from three main course options.

  • Seafood lovers can enjoy the Fish of the Day, served fried or grilled with tartar sauce and crispy chips. The Spiced Barley and Pomegranate Salad combines roast chicken breast, avocado, feta, garden vegetables, and pomegranate reduction for a fresh and flavourful option, while the Roasted Butternut and Sage Tagliatelle delivers comforting winter flavours with pine nuts, parmesan, and cherry tomatoes.
  • Dessert is equally tempting, with a choice of Baked Ginger Pudding topped with honey, ginger syrup, toasted Italian meringue and vanilla ice cream, a classic Vanilla Crème Brûlée served with grilled pineapple kebabs and coconut tuile, or a decadent Sticky Toffee Pudding with date purée, almond crunch and homemade ice cream.

Adding even more value to the afternoon, every guest will receive a 40% discount voucher for Turbine Spa, perfect for planning a future pampering session.

With winter settling over Knysna and the school holidays bringing a lively atmosphere to town, Ladies who Lunch offers a wonderful opportunity to take a break from the everyday routine and enjoy a long lunch in one of the town’s most distinctive waterfront settings. Bookings are essential.
