Owners Charl and Leon taste more wines than one should to make sure every wine on the list offers something special. De Kloof uses WineStation™* to preserve and dispense wines, and to make sure they are always served at the correct temperature. Patrons can sample any of the wines in these systems at their leisure to make sure they order exactly what they like.
