But the feast won’t be over until the desert menu arrives. Choose a decadent pistachio opera-chocolate with pistachio sweet bread, pistachio buttercream, candied pistachio and apricot gel. For traditionalists the baklava with a nut filling and vanilla ice cream will hit the sweet spot or, opt for a lemon meringue tart with frozen berries and meringue crumble to round off the perfect meal with your loved one.
After dinner pick up the pace with a trip to the casino where you could encounter lady luck before ending the perfect night out. Seats cost R550 per person.
