To attend this dining experience, the dress code is smart casual, and it’s priced at R450 per person.
The menu is a carefully curated selection of culinary delights paired with exquisite wines that’s sure to delight your palate.
You’ll be welcomed with a refreshing Anemos Chenin Blanc 2018 and a tantalizing Prawn & Avocado dish that boasts sushi rice, pickled ginger, sriracha mayonnaise, and Soya – a fusion of flavors that dance on your tongue.
The Grand Mere Simillon sets the stage for the starter, featuring Seared Sesame Salmon complemented by fennel custard, lime, and a radish salad. The culinary journey continues with Forest Mushroom Risotto, paired beautifully with The Spotted Hound 2020, offering a medley of parmesan and pickled beetroot.
The second course showcases the 12 Mile Syrah, alongside a mouthwatering Confit Duck Leg. It’s a play of flavors with spiced pulled duck leg, chickpea cream, caponata, and herb dressing, creating an unforgettable culinary symphony.
The dessert course is a sweet ending to your gastronomic journey, featuring Gorgeous Cap Classique and a Baklava dessert with flavors of macadamia, rose, and vanilla bean ice cream.
