The Turbine Boutique Hotel & Spa in Knysna is hosting a Wine Pairing Dinner on 30 October 2025, and it’s all about bold flavours, great company, and wine with a story to tell.
Hosted at the hotel’s Island Café, this unique event is pairing five imaginative dishes with the La Vierge “Storyteller” collection from Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge—and it’s right here in your backyard.
- You’ll start with a welcome glass of La Vierge Chardonnay 2023, followed by a playful, chef-curated menu that brings each wine’s personality to life. From Shellfish Nantua (yes, with garlic flatbread) to Roast Venison Loin with a blueberry and juniper tarte tatin, every course is paired with a different Storyteller wine and a touch of flair. There’s even a cherry-filled coconut meringue to round things off.
