We represent a movement against mediocrity and compromise. Executive Chef Leanne Roberts and her chefs arguably represent one of the finest and most versatile new teams in the country. This allows De Kloof to change the menus on a weekly basis to ensure we only use the best ingredients we can find.<\/p>\n<p>We spend a great deal of time and effort sourcing the best suppliers to ensure our standards are maintained &#8211; from meat, to beer, to wine and coffee. Executive Chef Leanne Roberts and her chefs arguably represent one of the finest and most versatile new teams in the country. This allows De Kloof to change the menus on a weekly basis to ensure we only use the best ingredients we can find, and to keep our patrons enthralled.<\/p>\n<p>The world of wine is vast and exciting and we love bringing our old favourites and new discoveries to De Kloof. Owners Charl and Leon taste more wines than one should to make sure every wine on the list offers something special. De Kloof uses WineStation\u2122* to preserve and dispense wines, and to make sure they are always served at the correct temperature. Patrons can sample any of the wines in these systems at their leisure to make sure they order exactly what they like.<\/p>\n<p>Our location at Waterkloof Golf Estate offers sweeping views over Gauteng and is the ideal spot to enjoy sundowners and snacks on the Stoep, or a sumptuous romantic meal. We cater for functions and parties.
