The carefully selected wine collection represent the gems of South African wines and offers a wide range of tastes and flavours to compliment the sumptuous culinary journey with excellent paring suggestions. Wines are selected from winemakers who show passion for quality and craftsmanship, and include all of the wine regions in South Africa.<\/p>\n

Hemingway’s Restaurant seats 150 guests and boast a News Room and two private dining rooms to accommodate the discerning guest that needs elegance and privacy. The indigenous gardens create a perfect backdrop for the sun soaked terrace, where you can enjoy a sumptuous meal or an afternoon cocktail.<\/p>\n

The old world charm, offers an inviting and relaxing atmosphere to enjoy the mouth-watering flavours of chef, Lindes de Jager. The menu revolves around the seasons. It is fresh, tasteful and honest.
