We think the Meatza pizza in particular is a winner with its mushroom and mince base &#8211; especially for those who love anything carb clever!<\/p>\n<h3>Mushroom\u00a0Meatza<\/h3>\n<p><em>Serves 4<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparation time: 15 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Cooking time: 20 minutes<\/li>\n<li>Difficulty: Takes a bit of effort<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500g fresh mushrooms, finely chopped (or minced in a food processor)<\/li>\n<li>2tbsp coconut oil<\/li>\n<li>500g beef mince<\/li>\n<li>1 onion, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves garlic, crushed<\/li>\n<li>1\u00a0egg<\/li>\n<li>1 cup Parmesan cheese<\/li>\n<li>salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste<\/li>\n<li>pizza toppings of your choice \u2013 we like mozzarella and peppers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Method<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Heat the oven to 220\u00b0C. Fry the mushrooms in the coconut oil, stirring often, until golden brown, about 5-8 minutes. You may have to do this in batches.<\/li>\n<li>Using your hands, thoroughly combine the mushrooms with the beef, onion, garlic, egg, Parmesan, salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Line a baking tray with parchment paper, or use a large round pizza stone.<\/li>\n<li>Flatten the meat and mushroom mixture onto the paper, about 1cm thick. Bake for 10-15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Add the toppings of your choice and return to the oven for 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden.
