Born in South Africa and raised in Portugal and Macau, Alex soon became passionate about unique flavors and methods of cooking.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Having studied in Macau and Australia this is where is passion came to life, with a focus on Australian Fusion Cuisine and influences from South Africa, Portugal, Asia (Macau, Hong Kong) and Australia. His company – Eighty8’S –\u00a0 has been bringing loads of flavor, entertainment and style as part of his food truck business to locals across Joburg.<\/p>\n
