Speaking of pizza and trips around the world, Choo Choo Junction is going Italian and Swiss for the month of August with two sizzling events. Every Wednesday and Saturday night, grab a front row seat to watch a Grana Padano cheese wheel be set alight with brandy. Watch chefs toss some cooked linguine in the melted cheese, add some lemon sauce, a crack of pepper and a dash of parsley and baby tomatoes and place it right in front of you. Yum!<\/p>\n
