Added to the mix is The BACARD\u00cd Mixology Theatre and Cocktail Lounge<\/strong>, which will showcase the art of craft bartendering, while delivering the finest cocktails to festival-goers.<\/p>\n Inspired by The BACARD\u00cd Legacy Cocktail Competition, which gathers South Africa\u2019s best bartenders and pits them against each other in a glamorous showdown of creativity and talent in craft bartendering. These magic mixologists create original recipes specifically for the competition, highlighting either BACARD\u00cd Superior rum or BACARD\u00cd Carta Oro Rum as the primary spirit.<\/p>\n The BACARD\u00cd Mixology Theatre and Cocktail Lounge<\/strong> will open the door into the exciting world of mixology and show attendees the wonder and magic of craft bartending. Guests will be entranced to the high level of skill required to make the cocktail creations.<\/p>\n In the theatre, the public will have the opportunity to be educated in this liquid science, with an on-hand knowledgeable MC as well as with craft cocktail classes.<\/p>\n The lounge area offers a relaxing space where visitors can socialise with friends while trying the delicious Bacardi cocktails. The place-to-be to get off (or on) your feet, there will be a top DJ mixing great tunes, while the bartenders do some mixing of their own.<\/p>\n But just what is mixology? This term has become more commonly used and refers to a skill set and higher study of mixing cocktails and drinks.
