The Palace of Dreams, Emperors Palace, has a multitude of activities lined up over the few weeks\u00a0 until 13 December, from a colossal artificial birthday cake and golden treats at Aurelia\u2019s restaurant, to a coffee table book and a remembrance walkway, so make sure you get to Emperors Palace to join in the birthday celebrations. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif';\">Peermont and Emperors Palace are known for creating exceptional memories and in true racing spirit, The <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif';\">Peermont Emperors Palace Charity Mile <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif';\">only gets better. The main race will see 16 chosen charities, along with 16 celebrities and media partners formally paired up with 16 horses that are due to \u201cburn the turf\u201d at Turffontein on the first Saturday of November. It\u2019s all up to the athletes on race day to determine the split of the R1-million to the respective charities. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-margin-top-alt: auto; margin-bottom: 12.6pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif';\">Turffontein Racecourse will also host the <\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri','sans-serif';\">richest race for maidens, sponsored by Prince Albert II, the reigning monarch of Monaco, and several businessmen.
