Over the past few years, The Counter has grown immensely and their products can now be found all over Johannesburg at various markets selling their delicious home made sweets. One of their favourite products are their\u00a0Rocky Road and Meg from The Counter was kind enough to make the video available to our readers.<\/p>\n

Rocky Road by The Counter<\/h3>\n

Ingredients:<\/strong>
\n3 x 180g Dairy Milk slabs
\n2 x Crunchies
\n1 x Large Peppermint Aero
\n1 x Large Bar One
\n1 x Milky Bar
\n2 x Cups Rice Krispies
\n12 x Marshmallows
\n6 x Tennis Biscuits<\/p>\n

Method:<\/strong>
\nMelt the Dairy Milk slabs in the microwave in a glass bowl – 30 seconds at a time. Once melted, cut
\nin the other chocolates (varying sizes for texture) and marshmallows. Leave some of the
\nmarshmallows whole. Crush in the Tennis Biscuits and pour in the Rice Krispies. Mix well, until
\neverything is covered in chocolate.<\/p>\n

Pour into a lined baking tray and refrigerate until set. Cut into large squares and serve.<\/p>\n
