Let\u2019s dive into the recipe.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b><span lang=\"EN\">Chicken &amp; Mushroom Skillet<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Serves 4 &#8211; 6 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>700g boneless skinless chicken thighs<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp onion powder<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp garlic powder<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp dried oregano<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp dried thyme<\/li>\n<li>Salt &amp; pepper<\/li>\n<li>Olive oil<\/li>\n<li>500g white button mushrooms, sliced<\/li>\n<li>1 Tbsp butter<\/li>\n<li>4 cloves garlic, minced<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp dried oregano<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp dried thyme<\/li>\n<li>125ml chicken stock<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp wholegrain mustard<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup fresh parsley, chopped<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Dry chicken thighs with paper towel and place in a large bowl. Combine the onion powder, garlic powder, herbs, salt and pepper. Coat the chicken evenly with the combined seasoning and a drizzle of olive oil.<\/li>\n<li>Heat a large pan or skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken thighs in batches until browned on each side and almost cooked through. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.<\/li>\n<li>To the same pan or skillet, melt the butter and add the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper and cook until golden brown. Add the garlic, thyme and oregano; saut\u00e9 until fragrant.<\/li>\n<li>Deglaze the pan with chicken stock. Simmer and reduce and then add the mustard.
