With many sustainable beauty, apparel, food, drink and household products on offer, this event will give show-goers the opportunity to discover high-quality pioneering products.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Show-goers will be able to taste, test and purchase a vast variety of plant-based, natural, organic, free-from, and sustainable living products, as well as interact with and experience unique exhibitors, exclusive features and immersive experiences. The marketplace will showcase a variety of exhibitors offering sustainable products across an array of categories including food, drink, appliances, apparel, and so much more &#8211; there is something for everyone.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Woolworths Good Life Kitchen with PlantLove<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.woolworths.co.za\/\"><strong>Woolworths<\/strong><\/a> Good Life Kitchen with PlantLove is the star feature of our show and this is where you will find top international and local chefs showcasing their skills and demonstrating the best, easiest ways to create exciting, versatile, healthy, and delicious sustainable recipes. The \u2018Plant-Based Chef of the Year\u2019 competition, in collaboration with the <a href=\"https:\/\/sachefs.co.za\/\"><strong>SA Chefs Association<\/strong><\/a>, will be held live at The Good Life Show on both the Saturday and Sunday. Contestants will be asked to create plant-based dishes in both \u2018pastry\u2019 and \u2018hot dish\u2019 categories and winners will be crowned in both the Junior and Senior divisions. The competition will take place every day of the show, from 9am \u2013 6pm, and the national finals will be held on the final day of the Good Life Show. The winners will receive the \u2018National Crown of Chef of the Year Plant-Based for the Hot Competition\u2019 in both Junior and Senior divisions and then the regional winners from each heat will compete against the winner of the Western Cape Semi-Finals at a later date.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Made to Move Fitness Area<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The \u2018Made to Move\u2019 feature at the event will give visitors an exciting opportunity to engage in strength, balance, and mindfulness activities. Directors of the \u2018Made to Move\u2019 programme are Ceri and Lydia Hannan, the husband-and-wife team behind Rockstar Fitness and with over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, they are curating this feature area to ensure that visitors, while kickstarting their journey to overall well-being, gain maximum benefits and most importantly, have a blast.
