On each occasion, a new wine estate has been invited to present their wines. The winemakers have worked with the executive chef of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.food-blog.co.za\/joburg\/tradewinds-restaurant-hilton\/\"><strong>Tradewinds Restaurant<\/strong><\/a> to create a unique course menu just for the occasion that will compliment the wines perfectly.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Each dinner only costs R350 per person, with each evening starting at 18h30.
