Spotting a classic Martini is easy, the clarity and two olives are the giveaway in this spirit forward cocktail.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Here\u2019s one with a bit of a homegrown twist and easy to mix!<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3>Cape Town Gin Martini.<\/h3>\n<p><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.food-blog.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/Martini-Being-Poured.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-99839 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.food-blog.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/Martini-Being-Poured-200x300.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a>INGREDIENTS <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50ml Cape Town Classic Dry Gin<\/li>\n<li>25ml dry vermouth<\/li>\n<li>1 green olive or lemon rind<\/li>\n<li>Ice<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PREPARATION <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Chill a martini glass with ice. Add all ingredients into a stirring beaker with ice and stir for 20 seconds. Remove the ice from the martini glass and strain the beaker into the chilled glass. Garnish with a green olive or lemon rind.
