Featuring lashings of Black Mamba Basil Cayenne Pesto, it&#8217;s ready to take centre-stage and share the limelight with all those classic trimmings like roast potatoes and gravy.<\/p>\n<h3>Basil Cayenne Stuffed Lamb Recipe<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2.5kg lamb shoulder, deboned and butterflied<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp coarse salt<\/li>\n<li>4 tbsp Dijon mustard<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp garlic, crushed<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp canola oil<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp rosemary, chopped<\/li>\n<li>100g prosciutto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">For the stuffing<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 tbsp Black Mamba Cayenne Pesto<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 diced onion<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves of garlic, crushed<\/li>\n<li>250g procini mushrooms, sliced<\/li>\n<li>300g baby spinach, rinsed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Method<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 160 degrees celcius and grease a roasting pan with oil.<\/li>\n<li>Rub meat with coarse salt.<\/li>\n<li>Mix mustard, garlic, rosemary and oil and spread inside the meat.<\/li>\n<li>Place the Prosciutto on top.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">For the stuffing<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Saute onion in a pan until soft and golden.<\/li>\n<li>Add the garlic and mushroom and cook for 3 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Add spinach and cook until slightly wilted.<\/li>\n<li>Add the Black Mamba Cayenne Pesto<\/li>\n<li>Allow mixture to cool and spread on prosciutto.<\/li>\n<li>Roll up tightly and tie with a string<\/li>\n<li>Roast for 2 hours until slightly pink inside.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/blackmambachilli.com\/collections\/all-products\">Shop Black Mamba Food products now to re-create this recipe.<\/a><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.food-blog.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/278581549_5113867158668323_6329390016998885290_n-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-98759\" src=\"http:\/\/www.food-blog.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/278581549_5113867158668323_6329390016998885290_n-2-819x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"662\" height=\"828\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Impress your guests at your next dinner party.
