Shake with ice and double strain into a chilled champagne flute. Top with champagne. Garnish with fresh or dried cranberries.<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>30ml White Rum<\/li>\n<li>15ml Maple Syrup<\/li>\n<li>15ml Fresh lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>2 bar spoons cranberry jam<\/li>\n<li>2 dashes Angostura\u00ae aromatic bitters<\/li>\n<li>Top with Bubbles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Garnish:<\/strong> fresh or dried cranberries<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Metropolitan<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Glass: Chilled Coupe<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Method: <\/strong>Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and combine all the ingredients. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Drape a pair of fresh cherries over the side of the glass.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>45 ml Brandy<\/li>\n<li>25 ml Sweet Vermouth<\/li>\n<li>2-3 dashes of Angostura\u00ae aromatic bitters<\/li>\n<li>Dash of Simple Syrup<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Garnish:<\/strong> Fresh Cherries<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Hurricane\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Glass: Highball<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Method: <\/strong>Shake all ingredients except the Angostura aromatic bitters. Add ice to highball glass and strain mix over ice.
