Tickets are R595 per person.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Guests will be welcomed with a glass of Steenberg Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc and an oyster cracker with crunchy vegetables and dipping sauce before moving into a menu that celebrates the flavours of the season. Highlights include salmon gravalax paired with 1682 Chardonnay Cap Classique, pesto lasagne with winter squash alongside Steenberg Sauvignon Blanc, and braised de-rust lamb served with pearl barley risotto, fresh herbs and roasted baby onions, perfectly matched with Steenberg Nebbiolo. Dessert rounds off the experience with a rich chocolate marquise featuring hazelnut, poached pear and toasted meringue, paired with Steenberg Merlot.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>With festive Christmas in July charm, exceptional wine pairings and comforting seasonal cuisine, the evening promises to be one of the culinary highlights of this year&#8217;s Oyster Festival.
