The menu finishes with braised De Rust lamb, paired with pearl barley risotto, fresh herbs and roasted baby onions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After the meal, guests will enjoy an Escobar Cigar Petit Corona alongside a horizontal tasting of Jameson whiskeys, presented by Annerie from Santa Bras Cigars. At R495 per person, the evening offers a polished but relaxed way to explore flavour, craftsmanship and good conversation in one sitting.
