Mother’s Day is a time to honour our biological mothers and all the special woman in our lives, from grandmothers to mother-in-laws, and woman we look up to.
To celebrate the day, chefs at Boardwalk Hotel and Casino have planned a delicious Mother’s Day Braai that will allow you to make the special women in your life the only focus of the day.
Guests will be welcomed at either Kipling’s Brasserie or Bayside Pantry with a cocktail or non-alcoholic sparkling wine.

The multi-course menu includes a selection of fresh breads and bread rolls; hot and cold soups (gazpacho and minestrone); a salad station with the option to build your own as well as ready-made; beef goulash, root vegetables in red wine, sweet potato, and two potjies: chicken and seafood.
Sides include butternut and creamed spinach, pasta, pap and smoor, samp and beans, and rice pilaf. Save space for something sweet as you finish your lavish meal with Cape Malay bread and butter pudding with custard, strawberry cheesecake and red velvet cake.
