Kings & Queens of Soul returns with a promise to bring timeless soul classics to life at Boardwalk ICC on Saturday, 25 April 2026.
This dynamic tribute celebrates the legends of soul with bold vocals, rich harmonies and exciting new arrangements and powerful performances from talented singers Fagrie Isaacs, Robin Pieters, Sasha-Lee Davids and Andrea Fortuin.
- Fagrie Isaacs is a renowned Cape Town-born singer, songwriter, and producer with more than 30 years in the music industry. Known as a “soul man,” he is famous for his Luther Vandross tribute shows, powerful romantic ballads, and as the former lead singer of The Boyz.
- Robin Pieters, first made his mark in the music industry 10 years ago. The 34-year-old entertainer from Plumstead began his career as a back-up singer for stars such as Alistair Izobell, Claire Phillips, Sasha-Lee Davids, Karin Kortje and more.
- Sasha-Lee Davids is a professional singer/songwriter and the 2009 winner of South African Idols season five. She is also the winner of the 2008 reality TV show Matrix season two. After winning Idols she released her eponymous debut album, and later had a reality TV show called The House of Davids. It showcased the lives of her family, where she is one of 10 children, and their involvement in their church and community. Today she is still following her passion for music and hoping to inspire anybody who has a dream.
- Andrea Fortuin’s amazing vocal ability was notable from a young age. Her musical prowess and love for performance has grown from sharing a stage with many local greats, including Early B. Fortuin has grown into one of South Africa’s favourite online singing sensations, with song requests from across the globe.
Expect a feel-good evening packed with iconic hits, big musical moments and a vibrant atmosphere that will have audiences singing along and on their feet.
