Decadent, rich and a mouthful of deliciousness. Future Farm is re-inventing our conventional meat consumption by creating a range of vegan alternatives that we can use instead of meat that brings the same flavours and textures so you won&#8217;t even notice the difference.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">It&#8217;s as simple as swapping the meat ingredients with Future Farm products.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Vegan Chilli Burger Recipe<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>For the chilli no carne:<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 large onion, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li>1 celery stick, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li>2 packets of <strong>Future Farm Mince<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>6 garlic cloves, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li>1 red chilli, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li>A small handful of coriander, stalks finely chopped, leaves reserved for garnish<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons ground cumin<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons ground coriander<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon smoked paprika<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon dried oregano<\/li>\n<li>250 ml red wine<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons vegan bouillon powder<\/li>\n<li>200 ml boiling water<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon caster sugar<\/li>\n<li>2 x 400 g tins of chopped tomatoes<\/li>\n<li>2 x 400 g tins of kidney beans, drained and rinsed<\/li>\n<li>Juice of 1 lime<\/li>\n<li>Salt and freshly ground black pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>For the burgers:<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 burger buns<\/li>\n<li>2tablespoons vegan mayo<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons neutral oil<\/li>\n<li>2 x packets of <strong>Future Farm Burgers<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>4 slices of vegan cheese<\/li>\n<li>4 large lettuce leaves<\/li>\n<li>4 tablespoons of pickled jalapenos<\/li>\n<li>2 avocados, peeled and thinly sliced<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/futurefarm\/\">Check out their products here!<\/a><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.food-blog.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/download-81.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-98753 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/www.food-blog.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/download-81.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1080\" height=\"1350\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A healthy twist on a beloved classic.
