It is essentially a Tom Collins where the soda is replaced with Champagne.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Now contemplate that for a moment\u2026yes, it is as good as it sounds.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Hendrick\u2019s Gin &amp; Tonic<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>30 ml HENDRICK&#8217;S GIN<\/li>\n<li>10 ml Sugar Syrup<\/li>\n<li>10 ml Lemon Juice<\/li>\n<li>Top with Champagne<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Add gin, sugar and lemon to a cocktail shaker.<\/li>\n<li>Add ice, shake well and fine strain into a flute.<\/li>\n<li>Top with champagne<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/4pheHDhUvBc\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Named for a famously smooth French gun (the Canon de 75 mod\u00e8le 1897), the FRENCH 75 is considerably more fun than its artillery namesake.
