Hendrick\u2019s Gin, with its infusions of rosewater and cucumber is an unusual gin, so it\u2019s very fitting that they shine the spotlight on their newest variant, Midsummer Solstice.<\/p>\n

The Hendrick\u2019s Gin Midsummer Solstice is a delicate infusion of the original 13 botanicals of Hendrick\u2019s Gin, but also includes an undisclosed number of deliciously floral notes.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

In the wake of Heritage Day, whip up a full-flavoured drink that reminds you of years past and fills you with excitement for the future.<\/p>\n

  • 50ml Hendrick\u2019s MidSummer Solstice<\/li>\n
  • 20ml Lemon Juice<\/li>\n
  • 12,5ml Sugar Syrup<\/li>\n
  • 5ml Cr\u00e9me De Mure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Build all ingredients in a rock glass over crushed ice. Churn, stack ice and drizzle mure. Garnish with blackberries and a lemon wedge, and serve.<\/p>\n
