Not to mention that they boast a fabulous restaurant created and named after the Big Easy himself, golfing legend Ernie Els. Priding themselves on succulent cuts, it\u2019s always tender and tasty at the Big Easy.<\/p>\n<p>On Tuesday 27 August from 7-10pm, the Big Easy is hosting a decadent four-course meal and whiskey pairing spectacularly prepared by head chef, Noel Kanyamba. Macallan whiskey is the world\u2019s leading single malt whiskey, created with natural raw materials and the finest craftsmanship.
