Incentive to get your shake back on before the bands kick in or the DJ milks his decks.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sundowners and 4-7 business meets have been the venue\u2019s key focus, as has the swing into an early pre-party filler as opposed to heavier meals that tend to take the edge off a potentially big night out.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Summer Tapas Menu<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The tapas portions are deliberately small. The idea? You order a number of mixed dishes for the table to experience and enjoy a multitude of engaging tastes. Try \u201cIn the Raw\u201d \u2013 freshly prepared sashimi \u2013 or \u201cBubba Gump\u201d \u2013 tempura prawns with chili and ginger soya \u2013 or even \u201cMagic Mushrooms\u201d \u2026 putting your chopsticks down could pose a problem!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Those that prefer keeping it \u201cold skool\u201d can get stuck into good-old-fashioned fish and chips or baby beef burger sliders.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If the need is for something more substantial, the \u201cBonneville Burger\u201d is your best bet: a homemade beef patty or a chicken fillet with Asiago cheese and caramelised onion and bacon jam, served with waffle chips. It\u2019ll make you dance!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Gorgonzola-stuffed butternut risotto balls are kick ass; and the \u201cTataki\u201d (flash-seared salmon) is soft, \u201cbuttery\u201d and just spicy enough to command the attention of the Bullet, a bourbon-based cocktail.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Delicious new Cocktails just in time for summer<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Barman (or court jesters as they are known) toss glasses and cocktail shakers around like extras from Cirque du Soleil.
