A passionate introduction ensued as Bull stated, \u201cTeppanyaki is not merely cooking, it is so much more. It\u2019s as much theatre as it is a culinary exhibition. It is a performance, an art and a display of precision and skill\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Afterwards, the guests were given a brief history of the Japanese cuisine and encouraged to approach the hotplate to watch Teppanyaki chef, Philani Hlela, prepare their meal.
