Guests will begin with Parsnip Br\u00fbl\u00e9 paired with Winshaw\u2019s The Runaway Pinot Gris, followed by Line Fish matched with Dust to Grapes Chardonnay. The heartier middle acts bring serious flavour, with Beef Brisket paired with The Fox Cabernet Sauvignon, alongside a Duck Breast course matched with Winshaw Malbec, with flavour notes of blackberry and star anise adding extra intrigue.
