She recalls fond memories of her father, Basil, preparing slow-braised beef short ribs for the family on weekends &#8211; \u201cthe most amazing comfort food and the spark that ignited my passion for food\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jodi-Ann\u2019s Basil McBeefy is the essence of soul warming food &#8211; beef short rib slow cooked in red wine, veg and herbs, mozzarella, red chilli and crispy basil leaves.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Basil McBeefy (R110) is available at all Col\u2019Cacchio pizzeria stores across the country for the month of October. It is perfectly paired\u00a0with\u00a0the Place In The Sun Shiraz, a generous-bodied wine with red fruit, oak and savoury notes.
